Senior Project Manager - Vancouver

Full Time / Vancouver, BC
Deadline: July 31st, 2019

About us

LNG Studios is a creative visualization production agency specializing in architectural visualization for real estate. We create immersive experiences that bridge the gap between blueprint and reality, using emerging technology to tell visually engaging stories for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects for our studio.

Our team

We are a team of collaborative 3D artists, producers, designers, and managers who deliver award-winning simulations for architects, engineers, and developers. We are innovators and dreamers that want to love the work we do and who we do it with.

About you

Process is your middle name. You can whip up a budget and knock out a work-back schedule with your eyes closed. You’re confident with what you know, and know how to get help to fill in the gaps where you don’t. A proactive multitasker you understand how to prioritize, when to push back, and how to manage up, down, and laterally.

Your client services skills have built you a reputation of being someone who reliably delivers - you can name clients who changed the way they work because of you. You’re a strong communicator whether it be in person, phone, email or note-taking.

You are passionate about design, 3d visualization, and technology. Your CV showcases a background in architectural visualization, AR/VR, video games, or proptech.

Responsibilities include

  • Communicate with clients to determine their needs and be a point of contact for the project
  • Collaborate with the in-house team and external vendors to plan, execute and finalize projects according to client specifications, budget and deadlines
  • Maintain, display and communicate a clear understanding of the creative strategy on all projects and interactions in collaboration
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while weighing the importance of specific jobs and prioritizing accordingly
  • Develop, monitor, manage and revise project scope, budgets, timelines and processes, keeping team abreast of changes and concerns
  • Consistently demonstrate initiative and seek out new ways to improve systems and processes for how we work with our colleagues and clients
  • Coordinate project team members, including third-party contractors as needed

Core Competencies

  • 5-8 years direct work experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency, architecture, games, AR/VR or technology
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Goal focused and values driven
  • Assertive and persuasive communicator
  • Adaptable

Bonus points for

  • PMP or Agile Scrum or SAFe certification
  • Architectural design or visualization experience
  • Experience in the real estate sector
  • Experience working with or as a 3D artist, architect or animator an asset

Compensation
