While we work on many projects close to home in Vancouver, what you may not know is that LNG Studios has projects all over the globe! As we mentioned in the past, renderings have become increasingly photo-realistic. A perfect example of this are the renderings created for the Coromandel Bach house (designed by Crosson Architects) located in New Zealand. As noted in a featured article by ArchDaily, the Coromandel Bach "house was conceived as a container sitting lightly on the land for habitation or the dream of habitation. The intention was to reinterpret the New Zealand building tradition - the crafting of wood - the expression of structure, cladding, lining and joinery in a raw and unique way." In the first two scenes below, can you tell which image is the rendering and which is the photograph taken by Patrick Reynolds?
Check it out the comparisons and additional renderings below!
