We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects for our studio.

About you:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about design, architectural visualization, technology and takes great pride in communicating with clients effectively and keeping a creative team organized. You must have exceptional interpersonal and client services skills and be able to effectively deal with problems in a timely manner. In addition, you are a proactive multitasker who works well under pressure to deliver under tight deadlines with little supervision. You’re a strong communicator whether it be in person, phone, email or note-taking. You’re eager to learn and always looking for ways to challenge your multidisciplinary project management skills, whether they are focused on architectural visualization, design, web development, virtual reality or all of the above.
Responsibilities include:
Communicate with clients to determine their needs and be a point of contact for the project
Collaborate with the in-house team and external vendors to plan, execute and finalize projects according to client specifications, budget and deadlines
Maintain, display and communicate a clear understanding of the creative strategy on all projects and interactions in collaboration
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while weighing the importance of specific jobs and prioritizing accordingly
Develop, monitor, manage and revise project scope, budgets, timelines and processes, keeping team abreast of changes and concerns
Consistently demonstrate initiative and seek out new ways to improve systems and processes for how we work with our colleagues and clients
Coordinate project team members, including third-party contractors as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
3 to 5 years direct work experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency, architecture, visual effects, technology or interior design firm
Experience working with or as a 3D artist, architect or animator an asset
Working knowledge of a combination of 3D Studio Max, Vray, Corona, Adobe Photoshop and other 3D modeling software
Experience in project managing web development, graphic design, and video considered an asset
PMP Certification is encouraged

About the role: We are looking for an Office Coordinator to assist the Operations Team to ensure daily business operations are smooth and flawless. You will take a conscientious, hands-on approach to deliver high quality and precise work. A methodical approach is essential, to complete routine day to day tasks, and manage changing calendars, priorities, and timelines. You will carry a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Accountabilities

· Maintain office happiness - order office supplies and maintain office cleanliness by arranging repairs and updates.
· Manage office resources and liaise with building management regarding all tenant issues.
· Support team happiness programs + social events.
· Role may include some AR functions based on experience
Skills
· At least 1 year experience of working within an office environment.
· Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner.
· Excellent written skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with “Freshbooks” or Quickbooks online.
· Computer literate with keyboard skills and experience of word processing, excel, etc.
· Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary and to work as part of a team.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. Full benefits package upon successful completion of three-month probationary period.
